QSL card on 9x14

I have qsl, if you print, with the previous program, I had the option to mark, in a few boxes, the data you wanted to put in the qsl, apart from the fact that you could vary in mm that if up, down, right ... at The end coincided where you wanted.
I see that there are some templates, the problem is to modify them, so that they adapt to my needs. The file is rpt and I can open it with wordpad, is it this way, how do you create them? Is there a more comfortable program?
