New 60m band on HB9

Hello Arne,

If you have it on the band list is because you have add it manually. In order to see 60m spots make sure of the following:

- You have set the right Top and bottom frequencies in the 60m definitions
- Add a band plan in Edit / Edit band plan for the 60m band

The QRG indicated in the spot must match in the QRG range defined in the band otherwise won't be listed even if ticked. Maybe you will have to add a 23m band plan as well in order to see 23m spots.
