Hi Brian,
First of all make sure you have added exceptions to Swisslog in your
antivirus and firewall. This is very important! Many antivirus tend to block or look out too much Swisslog causing freezings or slowing down regular functioning. Please read thid thread:

If you are still getting the same issue I would need the following info:
- Let me know which windows are open
- if you use Telnet servers to receive spots, which server/s are you connecting to?
- processor and RAM of your computer
A screenshot of your current desktop will be helpful as well.
