Country Table Update

Hello everyone,

The Swisslog Country Table was updated 22 September 2018.

TO6OK was added to the definitions for FH Mayotte Is. (current operation).

VK9/JO7GVC and VK9/JK7LXU were added to the definitions for VK9N Norfolk Is. (forthcoming operation).
