Is it a problem with HamQTH?
Hello all,

I just installed the last version 5.9D on a new computer and configured the access to HamQTH from inside Swisslog.

Unfortunately, each and every calls I enter in the QSOs entry windows are not discovered in HamQTH. I receive the message: Callsign: does not exist.

I of course gave my callsign and my password in the configuration window for the CD-Callbook.

Has everyone noticed the same problem?

Thank you very much for every feedback.

RE: Is it a problem with HamQTH?
Dear Pascal,

I have just make a callsign query to HamQTH from Swisslog and it works perfectly. Please check that you antivirus is not blocking the outgoing connections of Swisslog. Maybe this is the problem. But the query works perfect. If you need further help I can make a remote connection via Teamviewer with you.

RE: Is it a problem with HamQTH?
Hello Jordi,

I found from where the error came from: my HamQTH password had a # in it. When I was logging directly on the site there were no problem but in the xml format yes. So I just changed my password and everthing is working fine.
