Country table update

The Swisslog Country Table was updated 17th February 2022

Russian regions PM Permskiy kray and KO Komi must be allocated to UAEU and not UAAS. Also must be allocated to EU continent not AS. Reference: https://cqww.com/blog/special-case-of-ua9-scoring/

Thank you. Two small discrepancies found today:

• UA9X Komi (KO) maps to WAZ zone 16. According to all cards I have from Komi, it should be WAZ zone 17, which is supported by the official definitions for the WAZ award: https://cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_awards/c..._list.html
  
• UA9J maps to no oblast. It should be HM, ITU 20, WAZ 17.

Hi Tom,

There is an error then in the Regions list defined in the RDXC website because they place KO in Region 16. It will changed in the next release. Meantime change it to zone 17 manually.

UA9J is allocated perfectly to HM, ITU 20 WAZ 17 in latest country table.
