new sequence ordering takes hours
Hi,

when I delete some QSO in the database - here 8k QSOs - next time I start swisslog the new qso sequence number can be assigned.
This takes here hours: 10 QSOs per second!  Is there a possibility to speed up this?

You might want to give Jordi a bit of additional detail such as the specification of your computer. Also whether you have recently compressed the database. Re-sequencing of my 121112 QSO database takes 1 minute and 35 seconds.

Hi Torsten,

As Erik says, resequencing is a very fast operation. If it's going very slow you have a problem in you database. Please send me your database (zipped in ZIP or RAR format) to support@swisslogforwindows.com to check it here. Do not add any QSO in your database until you get it back from me.
