Hello,

You have to review carefully all the eQSL setup either in Swisslog and your eQSL accounts. If eQSL received/status indicators are not updated is the proof that you haven't configured well the eQSL synch. It's very important eQSL Nicknames matches in your eQSL account and Swisslog eQSL setup, as well as passwords. Please read carefully the eQSL Support chapter in the Swislsog help, specially the Preparation for eQSL and eQSL Operation chapters. I can't help if I can't see screenshots of all your configuration windows, either in Swisslog and your eQSL account. Send me an e-mail with them to support@swisslogforiwndows.com
