i have just installed DX_LaB commander (latest version) under Windows 10 64 bits and configured in Swislsog to auto start. All works perfectly. Please add exceptions to Swisslog and Dx Lab Commander in your antivirus and firewall (both!). Probably your antivirus is blocking the communication between both applications (very common unfortunately!). I use Windows Defender and Windows Firewall. windows Firewall requested to add an exception to Dx Lab commander at start up and I agreed. All works fine here.

If you still have problems send me your Teamviewer ID and password to my mail or whatsapp (+34 656409020) and I will check online. But this kind of errors are commonly caused by antivirus, firewalls or antimalware software .
