QRG wrong on IC-7000

I have installed latest version of SWL ( 5.99d) and I have SWL connected via microHAM Station Master to my IC-700 cat-interface

when I manually turn the frequency knob, the QRG is correct in the QSO window, no problem

If i go to DX Window and doubleclick a station then the frequency transmitted to the IC-7000 has a decimal problem:
so for example it should switch to 14.200.1 but it switches to 1.420.01 ??? 
or other example: DX station is on 14.266.00 the i doubleclick or click switch trx to the frequency, the IC-7000 switches to 1.426.60 ?

what do I do wrong ?
