Add calls to DXCC list

Hi Marc,

Erik EI4KF is maintaining the country table. In fact K5P expedition is recognised by the current country table implemented in version 5.91a. If you know more callsgins that are not well DXCC allocated you can send him an e-mail to erikcarling@live.com. This way all users will get a very updated country table in the next version.

The easiest way to correct a callsign which is not well DXCC allocated by the current country table is to manually change the DXCC field in QSO and set the right DXCC abbreviation. Another way is to temporally activate the Option | Query and Set DXCC entity from CLublog so that Swisslog checks the DXCC to Clublog. As you know Clublog is the best resource for Dxers currently.
