Hi,

Have you followed strictly the instructions given in the first screen of the installer? That is, disable UAC, restart and run as administrator. If you haven't done this uninstall and install again.

Afterwards go to View | Logbook view (selection) and manually select the "Simple logbook" located in the Logbook folder. It should work as usual.

If you are still having problems please download Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com/link/?url=505374&id=279590622) and send me your ID and password via Skype (jordiqq) or via whatsapp to my number +34656409020 so that I can make a remote connection to your computer and check what may happen.
