RE: feature? grid update from lotw?
Hi Torsten,

I have revised the code and the LoTw grid is only set in the QSO during the LoTW synch if one of these conditions applies:

- QTH locator is empty in the QSO
- LoTW grid is 6 digits long, QSO grid is 4 digits but Maidenhead matches in both (LoTW grid and QSO Grid)

The VUCC is ignored during the LoTW synch. The QTH locator field of Swisslog only supports one grid and only reads the GRIDSQUARE ADIF field which only supports 1 grid. For such special cases (VUCC containing 2 or more grids), if user wants to keep the Swisslog's Gridsquare statistic perfectly, user needs to check manually the affected QSO and in case it belongs to 2 or more locators (according VUCC) user will have to add another QSO for the other grids with exactly the same date/time/band/mode info. This is very difficult to handle automatically in the code and it's a very special case.

If you are reading from QRZ.COM and you copy automatically the geo coordinates from QRZ, when you are entering the QSO Swisslog will set the QTH locator and correct Lat-Long according the QRZ info. Afterwards, when synchronizing from LoTW, the above conditions will apply. The grid saved in the QSO will always prevail over the LoTW grid. Only it will set if it's empty or completed to 6 digits if Maidenhead matches.
