V5 error, entry window frequency change

Thanks for your answers. So here are my observations:

1. I run Swisslog as administrator, but there was the same error as before. Never mind, I just clicked those two popups, and then it works just fine.

2. True, it works through the Transreceiver Control window.

3. Yes, it works normally through the external program in my case, WSJT-X.
