QTH Name in QTH tab NOT to autofill

When I have QSOs, for example, with new US counties or POTA locations, I like to name the county or POTA reference in QTH field in Entry QSOs window and in the QTH name in the QTH tab as a new QTH.  But if I use the POTA reference in the QTH Name in the QTH tab Swisslog will change the name to the QTH locator (which it has auto-filled in the QTH locator field of ADD QSOs) when I save the QSO.

Is it possible to stop this behaviour or to give a choice of entry in the QTH name?  At the moment I have to save the QSO then edit it in a special routine by deleting the QTH locator reference that Swisslog has autofilled and re-inserting the QTH name I want to save and re-enter the POTA reference in the Statisitc table in the QTH tab.

Perhaps it is just me!
