I would like to check this. You should be able to use the date format which belongs to your country. Could you please send me screenshots of your regional settings?
Teamviewer is a software used for remote support. You can download Teamviewer Quick Support:
https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
It doesn't need installation, just run it and send ID and password to the person you like to give you support. Once closed it's not possible to get access to your PC. Every time you run this software password changes.
