Runtime Errors - G0VAX - 14-01-2020

Hi Jorgi,

I am currently running the latest version of SWL, and, I keep experiencing a  runtime error.

I am using Windows 10.

The software seems to freeze when this happens, and I have to use Taskmaster to close it down.

Hi Brian,

First of all make sure you have added exceptions to Swisslog in your
antivirus and firewall. This is very important! Many antivirus tend to block or look out too much Swisslog causing freezings or slowing down regular functioning. Please read thid thread: https://www.swisslogforwindows.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=252

If you are still getting the same issue I would need the following info:

- Let me know which windows are open
- if you use Telnet servers to receive spots, which server/s are you connecting to?
- processor and RAM of your computer

A screenshot of your current desktop will be helpful as well.

Hi Jordi,
I have attached a screenshot of the window that pops up. The windows I have up are the Logbook view, and update LoTW. My laptop isn't connected to any telnet servers (YET).
The processor is mand Intel core i7 with 12Gb of memory.

Hi Brian,

I haven't received any screenshot. Please send it to my mail support@swisslogforwindows.com.

Maybe I will have to check remotely with Teamviewer to see online what's going wrong. If you use whatsapp send me a message tomorrow to +34 656409020.
