How i can save my Map layout? - DF1JC - 07-05-2018
Hello Jordi and friends
When ever the SwissLog was updated (and this is very often. Thanks for that Jordi) my Map setup is gone and i must chaged the setup to all what i need for myself.
Is it a way to save my map and set it after an SwissLog update back to my default layout?

Hello Reiner,
Yes you are right! The installer overwrite the ENV files! I will change this in the next version so that any ENV file is overwritten! Sorry!
The default map setup is saved in the SWISSLOG.ENV file. Keep a backup copy of this file but don't worry that in next version ENV files won't be overwritten again.

thanks for the information. Have updated to 5.97k just now. Before the update i have saved the swisslog.ENV. Ok, my layout was gone after the update but i change to the old ENV and all was ok. So i am in joy, this was the help what i needet
