default+automatic QSL send action at adif file import - DG7RO - 26-04-2023

Hi,

I often import ADIF files. Is there a way to set the QSL-send-Action automaticly if I do not choose any settings on the field information-page?

Torsten

Hi Tornsten,

Please read the Import QSO chapter in the Swisslog help (QSL Conversion) or press here:

https://www.swisslogforwindows.com/english/Help/Import%20QSOs.htm#QSLConversion

This is in German language:

https://www.swisslogforwindows.com/german/Help/Import%20QSOs.htm#QSLConversion

You can set the QSL Action based on the QSL Send or Received field and other things.

Partial I know this.
But I like to click on import, choose file, and then click , next , next, save. All without the windows "assign fields". in my import file there is only call, date, time, mode, grid, qrg.
I would assume that importing without any qsl information swisslog will set the qsl-action in the same way as I enter the data manualy in the entry window.
If not so - I have to define or load every time the definition when I import a adif ?

Hi Tornsten,

Once you have set the QSL Actions etc, at the end of the import process Swisslog prompts you to save a field assignment file. Save it then you will only have to load it in the next import process, that's all!
